You’ve Got Crabs

Age: 7+ Number of players: 4-10 Players Playing Time:  15-20 Min Game dimension:  6.1 x 6.6 x 3.7 inches You’ve got crabs is a team-based party game from the creators of exploding kittens and the oatmeal. Try to collect four of the same card before any of the other teams, then pass a secret signal to your teammate. If your partner sees your signal and yells, “you’ve got crabs, ” you gain a point. If an opponent sees your signal and yells, “you’ve got crabs, ” you lose a point. The team with the most points wins the game. This game is great for parties, or weddings, or long nautical voyages. Form teams of two players each (max of 5 teams). Each team meets privately to come up with a non vocal signal to indicate when either teammate collects 4 of the same Crab Card. Each player will get a hand of 4 cards. One side plays at a time. On a side’s turn, all players on that side can simultaneously swap any card from their hand with a card from the middle of the table (The Ocean). When you have 4 of the same Crab Card, you can’t say anything out loud. Instead, when you’re ready, give your secret signal to your teammate. When they notice, they will point at you and shout, ‘YOU’VE GOT CRABS!’ If they’re right, your team gets a point. If they’re wrong, your team loses a point. However if a player on another team suspects you’re passing a signal, they can point and shout, ‘YOU’VE GOT CRABS!’ If they are correct, they steal one of your points. If they are incorrect, steal a Crab Token from the accusing player. The game is over when the last Crab Token has been taken from the Crab Pot. At that point, all teams should count up their combined Crab Tokens. The team with the most Crab Tokens wins.

UNO Flip

Age: 7+ Number of players: 2-10 Players Playing Time:  30  Min Game dimension:  12 x 9 x 2 cm UNO gets a brand new twist in the new UNO Flip! card game. It essentially plays like regular UNO but with the addition of Flip cards. This UNO card deck is double-sided with a “light” side and a “dark” side. You start off playing with the light side, but if someone plays a Flip card, you have to switch to playing the dark side. And on the dark side, there are different action cards with stiffer penalties. Instead of a Draw One card, the dark side has a Draw Five card. Instead of a Skip Card, the dark side has a Skip Everyone card. You have to continue playing with the dark side until another Flip card is played. If you don’t know how to play UNO, each player takes a turn matching a card from their hand to the card on the top of the discard pile, either by number, color, or symbol. If you don’t have a match, you must draw a card from the draw pile. The symbols represent the action cards, such as Wild, Skip, Wild Draw 2, Draw One, and Reverse. This version also includes a Flip card that turns the cards to the dark side, which has the following actions: Draw Five, Reverse, Skip Everyone, Wild, Wild Draw Color, and Flip. When you play your next-to-last card, you must yell “UNO!” to indicate you only have one card left. If you don’t yell “UNO” and someone catches you, you must draw two cards. Once a player runs out of cards, the round is over, and that player receives points for all of the cards left in their opponents’ hands. Play until one player reaches 500 points.

Ticket to Ride New York (Replica)

Age: 8+ Number of players: 2-4 Players Playing Time: 10-15 Min Game dimension:  9.1 x 9.1 x 1.72 inches Ticket to Ride: New York features the familiar gameplay from the Ticket to Ride game series — collect cards, claim routes, draw tickets — but on a scaled-down map of Manhattan that allows you to complete a game in no more than 15 minutes. Each player starts with a supply of 15 taxis, two transportation cards in hand, and one or two destination tickets that show locations in Manhattan (and Brooklyn). On a turn, you either draw two transportation cards from the deck or the display of five face-up cards (or you take one face-up taxi, which counts as all six colors in the game); or you claim a route on the board by discarding cards that match the color of the route being claimed (with any set of cards allowing you to claim a gray route); or you draw two destination tickets and keep at least one of them. Players take turns until someone has no more than two taxis in their supply, then each player takes one final turn, including the player who triggered the end of the game. Players then sum their points, scoring points for the routes that they’ve claimed during the game, the destination tickets that they’ve completed (by connecting the two locations on a ticket by a continuous line of their taxis), and the tourist attractions that they’ve reached with their taxis. You lose points for any uncompleted destination tickets, then whoever has the high score wins! Welcome to new York city in the 1960S! In this brand-new version of ticket to ride, players race one another through the busy streets of new York city to visit the most prestigious tourist Attractions and complete their destination tickets. This elegantly simple ticket to ride gameplay appeals to both beginners and seasoned players alike. Learn the game in 3 minutes, play it for hours! Enjoy the new York ticket to ride state of mind!
